I.Ferrite Segment  

The magnetic properties of the magnetic segments have high permeability at high frequency. The production process
of sintered ferrite segment is mainly divided into anisotropic wet press, isotropic dry press and anisotropic dry press.
The difference between the anisotropic and isotropic based on whether there is an oriented magnetic field when the
press is formed.

Mainly used in micromotors, servo motors, DC ceiling fan motors, loudspeakers, electronic clocks, headphones,
magnetic filters, separators, vibration pumps
 and  indispensable key components of 
a variety of adsorbers.

II. The influence of magnetic segments performnance on motor

A.High residual magnetic induction intensity Br. Due to under the same magnetic pole surface area and air gap,
high Br can produce large output torque and large power.

B.Hi Hcb. Due to high Hcb to ensure the required EMF of motor output
C.Hi Hcj. High Hcj can ensure that the motor has strong anti-overload demagnetization, anti-aging and anti-low temperature ability.
D.Hi (BH)max. The higher (BH) max, the better actual operation coefficient of the permanent magnet ferrite in the motor.
E. The bigger flux the better,which will greatly improve the working efficiency of the motor.
F.The better rectangle degree of demagnetization curve, the smaller the dynamic loss of the motor.
G.The higher resistivity of the ferrite, the smaller the eddy current loss.
H.T he temperature coefficient of permanent ferrite is small so can got a good temperature stability at high temperature
I.The starting current is small and the time constant is small. The impact on the power supply is small.


III.Segments magnetizing mode:

A.The segment is magnetized separately, then put into the housing, and then whole asembly.
B.Segments are loaded into the housing (glued), then magnetized, after assemble the whole.
C.Segment is loaded into the housing (glued well), then assemble the finished product, and finally whole magnetization.
